ABOUT US
Laurimar Football Club has been part of the Northern Football League since December 2010. Now into our 15th year, we've become a mainstay in the local community, supporting the ever expanding population of Doreen and surrounding areas.

To have our own football club and work together with and for the local community to make it something to be proud of, was the mandate from the start which culminated at the end of the 2013 season with Laurimar Football Cub being voted NFL Junior Club of the year. Our other significant achievements have been a Senior Men's Football Premiership in 2023, multiple Junior Football Premierships and becoming official AFL Women and Girls Chartered Club.

We offer programs for Auskick, U9 Mixed, U10 Boys and Girls, U11 Boys, U12 Boys and Girls, U13 Boys, U14 Boys and Girls, U15 Boys, U16 Boys and Girls, U17 Boys, U18 Girls, Senior Men's including U19's, Reserves and Seniors, Senior Women's and Over 35's Super Rules.

Power Basketball Club was formed in 2011, playing in the Diamond Valley Basketball Association league.
We have boys and girls teams ranging from under 8s to under 21s playing across many grades. We also support senior teams, but request that they arrange registration into their preferred competition.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the basketball club or offering to help out, please don’t hesitate to contact us on junior.ops@powerbasketball.com.au or check out our socials.

On the back of the success of the football and basketball clubs, the decision was made in 2016, to combine the two into what is now known as the Laurimar Power Sporting Club.

We continue to strive for excellence through a strong community based environment and invite prospective members and sponsors to reach out accordingly.
